The Sales & Production Coordinator assists the division with scheduling projects, tracking progress and expenses, and communicating with other team members, performing various tasks described in more detail below. As a Sales & Production Coordinator, you would be responsible for: Provide support to coordinate daily operations of other employees in the department Daily review & approval of crew members’ time into Arbor Gold Answering customer phone calls and scheduling leads and appointments for Sales Team/Management Enter Leads, Jobs into the system as needed and assisting with Scheduling Deliver regular reporting to ensure key stakeholders are kept abreast of project statuses Support the delivery of change and communication activities associated with current projects Manage and accurately track all clients, contracts, invoicing, expenses, and data management associated with projects in the division Approve Jobs and Send Invoices out to clients through Arbor Gold Serves as a project liaison to other team members and divisions Requirements High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of related experience Excellent customer service skills Well-organized with ability to prioritize Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to learn quickly and work independently Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook Benefits Medical Plan effective 60 days following start date Dental Plan Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Retirement Plan: 401(k) (50% Company Match up to 4%/2%) Short Term Disability Long Term Disability (100% Company Paid) $25k AD&D Insurance (100% Company Paid) Employee Assistance Program (100% Company Paid) Six (6) Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, bereavement) Professional certification and registration renewals Professional development training Our core purpose is to love people and pursue excellence in the tree care industry.
