To this day, Peppermill Interiors are now a leading supplier of unique furniture for bars, restaurants, and homes, based in the UK.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our very busy sales team and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales and Project Consultant, to deal with commercial clients and larger restaurant projects. Also, incoming customer enquiries and assisting with the daily sales administration activities. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous sales experience essential (2+ years preferably).
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An eye for detail to spot discrepancies in data to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

· First point of contact for commercial orders and projects.
· Developing and maintaining good relations with repeat customers and clients.
· Extensive product knowledge (training will be provided).
· Working with floor plans and furniture schedules.
· Processing orders via our order system.
· Answering telephone and email enquiries.
· Assisting and greeting customers in our showroom.
· Sending quotations to customers.
· Maintaining stock levels on our selling platforms e.g., eBay.
