JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong skills in IT project management, change management, and team collaboration. The Project Coordinator will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate communication, and support the overall project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong organizational and computer skills in particular, Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to communicate, oral and written, professionally and effectively
· Enjoy providing quality customer service, have a professional, cheerful and positive demeanour
· Strong interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
· Experience in the fixture industry is an asset
· Must have reliable transportation
Years of Experience: 3-5 years in Project Management is an asset

Responsibilities

· Ability to monitor production and ensure fixtures are produced to meet customer deadlines and standards
· Identify all items required for projects, issue purchase orders, and follow up to ensure items are

· Interact with the operation of the warehouse to ensure working knowledge of current inventory
· Manage project schedule to ensure project completion on a set date
· Communicate effectively with clients, engineers and sub-contractors
