SALES AND PROJECTS EXECUTIVE – LANDSCAPECARE (BRISTOL)

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

LandscapeCare (www.landscapecare.co.uk) is a professional commercial grounds maintenance company, delivering reliable service contracts alongside a wide range of one-off project works, including tree surgery, pressure washing, graffiti removal, and gritting.
We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales and Projects Executive to drive new business growth and oversee the delivery of ad hoc project work. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in the landscape maintenance sector who combines strong sales ability with the capability to manage projects from start to finish.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrable experience in commercial landscape maintenance or a closely related field.
  • A successful track record in sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and close business.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and secure new commercial grounds maintenance service contracts.
  • Develop and sell additional ad hoc works across services such as tree surgery, pressure washing, graffiti removal, and gritting.
  • Handover secured service contracts to the Contracts Manager for ongoing delivery.
  • Manage ad hoc projects directly: preparing quotes, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
