  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese) preferred.
  • Experience working in a hybrid role with direct executive collaboration.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Purchasing Manager to focus exclusively on the Americas (North & South)markets. This role will directly assist the CEO in managing supplier relationships, expanding sales networks, and executing procurement strategies across the region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the plastics industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive both sales and purchasing targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for plastic raw materials and recycled products within the Americas.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers across North and South America.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with the CEO to plan, prioritize, and execute sourcing and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and material pricing to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient shipping and delivery.
  • Track and report progress on sales and purchasing KPIs.
