JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Sales and Recruitment Manager, your role is pivotal in driving our organization’s success by overseeing and coordinating business services to meet client and stakeholder needs. You will develop and implement strategic business plans, foster relationships with business and industry partners, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to meet employment placement goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for driving business growth, fostering relationships, and achieving results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA or BS degree, or other applicable major.
  • Recent management experience, preferably in sales.
  • Business/Sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business knowledge.
  • Performance management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and quickly adjust to changing priorities, tasks, or project requirements.
  • Critical thinking skills to find solutions efficiently.
    Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
