POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales and Relationship Associate will play a critical role in managing inquiries, conducting tours, and driving sales to optimize room occupancy across all Andrews Senior Care homes. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship building, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide families with the support they need during the transition to senior living.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience in sales, reservation, relationship management, or customer service, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with travel to different Andrews Senior Care locations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Inquiries & Sales: Proactively handle incoming calls, inquiries, and live chat messages, driving sales to maintain optimal occupancy across all our homes.
  • Tour Coordination: Schedule and conduct engaging tours of our homes for potential residents and their families.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, home care providers, social workers, and other external partners to generate referrals.
  • Lead Tracking: Utilize our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system (Infusionsoft) to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Cross-Selling: Recommend Andrews Senior Care homes based on individual resident needs and financial considerations.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive surveys, rate analysis, and market research to identify new opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Admissions Coordination: Collaborate with Directors of Care (DOCs) and Community Care Managers to facilitate assessments and admissions for new residents.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident information in financial and property management software (Yardi).
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking key performance metrics and updating waitlists to reflect residents’ evolving needs.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints from residents and families, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions.
  • Travel: Visit different Andrews Senior Care locations as required to support sales and marketing efforts.
