Overview:
Gallagher have new and exciting opportunities for Sales and Renewals Consultant to join their team in Wakefield. Do you enjoy helping others and providing brilliant service to every customer you speak to? Are you looking for a job which provides full training, support to gain insurance industry qualifications, and potential career progression opportunities all over the world? Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales or regulated environment is desired, but not required. We are open to anyone with customer focused experience.
• A good communicator; passionate about sales and providing great customer service.
• Results driven, and self-motivated
• The ability to perform basic maths tasks and use simple IT system

• These are permanent roles based in Wakefield
• Gallagher are recruiting for two separate roles, with different shift patterns:
• Full time, Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am-8pm, with a 9am-1pm Saturday shift every 3 weeks
• Full time, Monday to Thursday with shifts between 9am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm, with a 9am-1pm Saturday shift every 3 weeks
• Structured training programme
  Responsibilities:
  Our Sales and Renewals Consultants take inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients, so no cold calling! You will be advising on new business insurance quotes and renewals over the phone whilst inputting details into our quote engine to generate the best price for our customers.
  You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.
