Revelstoke Transfers has been a locally-owned and operated transportation company offering private and shared-ride shuttle services between Revelstoke and regional airports including Kelowna and Calgary, as well as custom group transfers, and ski resort connections since 2009.

As the Sales and Reservations Manager, you will oversee daily guest reservations, manage communication with local and international partners, and lead a small team of seasonal reservation agents in the winter. You will work closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager and Assistant Controller year-round, including assisting with operational coverage during the summer (approximately 2 days/week).

• Manage passenger reservations via telephone, e-mail and on-line platforms,
• Deliver professional, helpful customer service from first inquiry to final drop-off,
• Coordinate reservations and daily scheduling with the operations team and drivers,
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead a small team of seasonal reservation agents in the winter,
• Build partnerships with local accommodation and tourism providers,
• Work collaboratively with the General Manager, Operations Manager and Assistant Controller on planning and improving operations,
• Support operations two (2) days per week during the off-season period, and provide vacation coverage for the Operations Manager during the summer holidays,
• Monitor and report on booking trends, passenger feedback and system improvements
