DePAW Pet Resort, is looking for an Enthusiastic Inside Salesperson. We are a community of pet lovers with shared interests and values. We offer exceptional resort services for both dogs and cats, ranging from boarding and daycare to grooming and training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The full time Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service. No cold calls!
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

• Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt and professional manner.
• Utilizing the company’s proven sales process which ensures overall success.
• Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided
• Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes & add-ons.
• Providing facility tours and staffing local pet events.
• Handling dogs that pull, jump up and bark.
• Must be comfortable around ALL types of breeds and sizes of dogs.
• Providing both written and verbal communication to our customers
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
