We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales and Retention Consultant. In this role you will: Engage new and existing customers via non face-to-face channels on their loan and credit card needs Identify and recommend the best loan and cards arrangement base on customer needs Supported by digital journeys, to assist customer to complete the application and onboarding process Deliver consistent and best-in-class customer service Meet HSBC compliance and control standards To be successful you will need: A communicator – able to communicate and express well to deliver the best experience for the customer Motivated and resilient! You thrive in a fast –paced and disciplined environment and you are able to achieve your goals consistently Empathetic and Energetic!
