Sales and Service Advisor - St. Austell - £30,500
Well Placed HR have been exclusively engaged by a successful Cornish engineering and e-commerce business that seeks to recruit an experienced Sales & Service Advisor. The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based at the company’s prestigious headquarters on the outskirts of St. Austell.

This role will play a crucial part in maintaining the company’s excellent reputation for customer service, whilst helping to push continued growth. Key responsibilities to include:

  • Being the first point of call for order enquiries
  • Promoting the company’s products to potential customers
  • Processing orders and dealing with the after-sale service
  • Dealing with any issues as they arise
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will be a confident and well organised individual, with a minimum of 18 months experience in a sales and customer service role. As mentioned, the company places a huge importance on customer service, so the ability to communicate effectively with new and existing customers is essential. Whilst experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable, all applicants who feel they possess the required skills will be considered. The business uses a modern digital sales platform, so good IT aptitude is important as well as the willingness to learn and develop.
