Job Description Your assignment • Drive sales to achieve individual sales target • Handle key accounts management as assigned by manager • Provide clients with the consultancy of IKEA home furnishing design solution to match with customer’s preference and project budget • Find new clients or new opportunities to generate sales • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction • Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in timely manner • Provide weekly projects pipelines update to manager • Proactively establish and maintain relationships with all major developer and corporate clients • Control vendor on customer delivery plan to meet the schedule and achieve customer satisfactory Qualifications Your profile • Passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design, retail and communications • customer service and selling skills are preferred • You have strong knowledge of food service industry and proven leadership abilities. • You are customer-focused, highly analytical and multi-tasking to work in a high volume and fast paced retail environment. • You are able to create an environment embracing the IKEA values and diversity of co-workers and visitors.
