DESCRIPTION:

Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Manager of the Quotes and Orders Team, the role involves fast paced customer and supplier liaison, creating quotes and orders to specifications along with coordinating stock dispatch and delivery with our Dispatch team.
The position is full-time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster.
Plantmark offers a four-week induction and training program, with face-to-face learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential attributes

To be successful as a Plantmark Sales and Service Coordinator, you will have:

  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident computer ability at intermediate standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Adept with following processes and responsibilities.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced sales and customer service domain.
  • Able to coordinate multiple tasks and liaise with a variety stakeholders.
  • Interest in plants or knowledge/qualifications in horticulture.

Applicants must also be capable of performing occasional heavy lifting tasks and be able to coordinate plants outdoors in all weather conditions.
