To keep our customers’, experience exceptional, we need an organized, communicative, and proactive professional Sales and Service Coordinator to keep everything connected from sales to service to logistics. What You’ll Do As a Sales and Service Coordinator, you’ll be the central operational hub for our team in either Norway or Finland, ensuring that our customers, field engineers, and sales teams are always connected and aligned. You will: Be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, handling inquiries and service requests with professionalism and care. Coordinate sales orders, installations, and deliveries, making sure every step of the process: from quote to invoice; everything running smoothly. Schedule and support field engineers, keeping calendars, documentation, and logistics on track. Monitor stock, shipments, and spare parts in collaboration with our logistics and European operations teams. Support financial processes, issuing invoices, monitoring payments, and resolving discrepancies. Document and report customer interactions, service activities, and operational data to support continuous improvement. You are confident managing multiple priorities, keeping stakeholders informed, and finding solutions before issues escalate. Qualifications You have a professional with a solid background in sales, service coordination, or operational administration, ideally within a technical, medical, or industrial environment. Your qualifications and experience should include: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, such as Sales Coordinator, Service Coordinator, or Operations Administrator and, ideally, in an international setting. Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, or similar). Solid understanding of order-to-cash, service scheduling, and logistics coordination processes. Strong financial and administrative awareness, including familiarity with purchase orders, invoices, and payments. Fluency in English and Norwegian or Finnish (both written and spoken).
