Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator / Customer Service – Bulk Chemicals professional to manage the complete Order-to-Delivery process for bulk chemical customers.

The role will be responsible for coordinating the complete customer order cycle, from Sales Order (SO) creation through dispatch and final delivery, while ensuring timely communication and smooth coordination between customers, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse/Terminal, Procurement, Finance, Transporters and other internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in chemical distribution/trading, bulk chemical sales coordination, customer service, order management and SAP/ERP systems, with a high sense of ownership and excellent follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Sales Coordination

• Receive and process customer orders and ensure all required information is available for execution.
• Create and process Sales Orders (SO) accurately in SAP/ERP systems.
• Verify product, quantity, pricing, customer details, delivery location, payment terms and other order conditions.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to clarify customer requirements.
• Monitor orders from SO creation through final delivery.
• Maintain order trackers and ensure timely closure of pending activities.

End-to-End Order-to-Delivery Management

• Take complete ownership of customer orders from SO creation to final delivery.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse/Terminal, Logistics, Transport, Finance and other departments.
• Follow up on product availability, loading schedules, transportation arrangements and delivery appointments.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively identify potential delays.
• Ensure required documents are prepared and shared with customers and internal teams.
• Track shipments until the material reaches the customer and ensure complete order closure.

Customer Handling & Communication

• Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and documentation.
