This position is also a great fit for career-changers or those coming from hospitality, customer service, or inside sales roles who want to move into a higher-earning, relationship-driven sales career. Parts Advisor – $14-$18/hourly – Support our service department by ordering, receiving, and distributing parts to technicians and customers. This role is critical to keeping our service operations running efficiently and customers on the road. * Has experience in parts, automotive, RV, retail, warehouse, or customer service roles (experience preferred, but not required) * Is organized and detail-oriented with strong inventory and paperwork accuracy * Communicates clearly with technicians, vendors, and customers * Is comfortable using computer systems and inventory software (DMS experience a plus) * Can multitask in a fast-paced service environment * Is dependable, punctual, and works well as part of a team * Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn This position is a great fit for individuals with backgrounds in automotive parts, retail parts counters, warehouse operations, service support roles, or customer service, as well as those looking to grow within a dealership environment.
