We’re looking for a passionate, flexible, and results-driven Sales & Service Team Member to join our team. You’ll be the face of our brand, delivering premium, personalised experiences that make every customer feel special.

  • Has a strong background in sales, with proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Loves styling and fashion, especially when it comes to jewellery trends
  • Brings a “can-do” attitude and enjoys working collaboratively with a close-knit team
  • Is enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible with availability (including weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-end, personalised customer experience
  • Build strong customer relationships and help clients style their perfect jewellery stack
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain high store standards in presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising
  • Work flexibly across shifts and support team members as needed
  • Stay on top of current trends and product knowledge to confidently guide customers

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous retail sales experience, ideally in fashion or jewellery
  • A track record of hitting sales goals and KPIs
  • Genuine passion for customer service and styling
  • A friendly, proactive, and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak retail periods
