POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales and Service Manager to lead our sales team and oversee day-to-day customer service operations within our personalized magazine division - By Design Publishing. This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, improving customer satisfaction, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional results.
This role is based onsite Monday to Friday at our Richmond, BC office. Candidates must be able to commute to our office or able to relocate in order to be considered.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or service leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in subscription-based products/services is a strong asset
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong customer service mindset with experience managing client relationships
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales/service tools
