This role is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Sales and Service Team. To ensure all mailed forms are actioned as required and all incoming emails are addressed. This role will also assist with any non-personal Membership and new member onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Support the branch team to achieve service and operational outcomes
  • Manage member enquiries and provide information on Qudos products and services
  • Resolve member queries and complaints, escalating when required
  • Actively cross-sell Qudos products and assist with digital banking needs
  • Respond to member enquiries via inbox, online, and phone channels
  • Complete service interactions using the Qudos Service Model
  • Perform account maintenance, document handling, and scanning
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
  • Meet performance and service standards, completing required training on time
  • Promote a safe work environment and report WHS incidents promptly
  • Constructively challenge and escalate concerns through appropriate channels
  • Perform additional duties as directed by Management.
