The Sales & Service person is a key position in our store. You are the first point of contact for our customers and with this, comes the responsibility to make a positive impression. You do this with your can-do attitude, excellent customer service skills, and problem solving capabilities. Many of our customer service interactions start with a phone call, so the ability to communicate in a friendly and courteous manner is important. The ability to also speak Punjabi is a big asset!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in – commercial tire, trucking, construction, or agriculture
• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Mechanic or professional truck driver is ideal
• Minimum 3 years experience in a customer-focused role
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires multitasking
• Ability to work safely with minimal supervision
• Must be comfortable working with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to speak Punjabi is an asset
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer
• Must be self-motivated and have good written and verbal communication skills

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Scheduling appointments for our service customers
• Opening work orders and communicating repair recommendations to customers
• Providing service quotes
• Selling Automotive products and services including lift kits and customization
• Checking on customer vehicles and providing updates to customers
• Completing paperwork, invoicing and processing payments
• Completing cash deposits at end of day
• Communicating and assisting accounts receivable and payable departments.
• Assisting other departments with administrative duties as required
• Staying up to date on product changes, new products, and pricing
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management
