Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to prospective customers in assigned neighborhoods Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate mosquito control solutions Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through professional communication Track leads, follow-ups, and activities using CRM tools Participate in outbound calling, warm calling, and local outreach when needed Negotiate effectively, close sales, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in the field Consistently work toward and achieve sales performance goals Requirements Outside sales experience preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and by phone Ability to clearly explain product value and benefits Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently Valid driver’s license preferred for territory travel Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walk extended distances Why Join Our Team?
