MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage cash register operations, including opening, closing, and reconciliation * Review and comment on relevant reports using internal tools * Complete after-sales service files through desktop applications * Prepare products for repair shipments and follow up with customers accordingly * Handle customer service tasks, including order sourcing, validation, and customer notifications * Process remote sales payments and ensure customer follow-up * Order, track, and distribute staff uniforms PROFILE * Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service required * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English required; French is a plus * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in computer applications and digital tools A creator, artisan and seller of high-quality objects since 1837, Hermès is an independent, family-owned French house that employs nearly 25,185 people worldwide.
