This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer focussed, and outgoing individual to join a world leading manufacturer and distributor of professional audio products. SSL is looking for a new Shipping Administrator to join our busy shipping department.
The successful applicant will be a confident self-starter with the ability to prioritise their workload, a good administrator with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate well. You will also be computer literate with good numeracy skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing goods and processing worldwide shipments by courier and freight forwarder
• Loading Sales Orders and RMAs into our ERP system
• Liaising with production and test teams
• Processing RMA receipts and distributing them
• General administrative duties
• Occasional driving and delivery jobs

Key Qualifications and Capabilities:

• Organised with a good attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate, specifically in MS Office applications.
• Focussed on providing a high standard of service to internal and external customers.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of MRP/ERP system
• Experience of international trade and logistics.
• Full and clean driving licence
