Place Showroom is seeking a Sales and Showroom Coordinator to join the Dallas Team!
A Sales and Showroom Coordinator’s primary role is to work closely with the Showroom Director to maintain a pristine showroom by ensuring that sales tools and sample collections are up to date and ready for appointments. The Sales and Showroom Coordinator must keep a thorough knowledge of all brands represented as well as samples in the storage room. This role is responsible for receiving all samples and ensuring they are ready for appointments; this includes, but is not limited to checking in, steaming, tagging and hanging. This role will also support the sales team in administrative tasks and sales outreach. The ideal candidate will have an interest in a sales career and be able and willing to travel when necessary. Further, the Sales and Showroom Coordinator will act as an Account Executive when needed during markets and trade shows.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience in retail and/or wholesale fashion
Strong project management skills
Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Fashion GPS software and/or similar sample tracking programs
Experience working in a showroom environment
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Must be able to maintain standing position up to 60% of the workday
Must possess the ability to kneel, bend, stoop and reach regularly
Must be able to regularly lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
Must possess a valid drivers license
Ability to meet the needs in the position’s physical demands summary
