JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and creative Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at the Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club, a 214-bedroom hotel located in the heart of the UK near Birmingham. We are situated in the beautiful Packington Estate, boasting 2 Golf courses, Gym and Spa, The Fairway Bar and Grill Restaurant and the Zest Bar.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in a Sales, Marketing or Digital media role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with the local corporate market, networking opportunities, corporate marketing and social media strategy and campaigns.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Strong knowledge of corporate sales for both meeting and events and bedrooms
• Account management skills
• Creative thinking.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• Knowledge and experience of Opera would be an advantage.

  Education or Certification:

• An accredited Marketing, Business or Hospitality qualification. Relevant experience would be advantageous.
