Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Indonesian market.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic planning.
  • Support leadership in identifying and targeting key clients and sectors.
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with sector leaders and business generation team to shape tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ensure alignment between client requirements and Turner & Townsend’s service offerings.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales function and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and alignment.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to business lines on market positioning and client targeting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years of progressive responsibility in organisation of similar size and profile, preferably in marketing activities, sales support, bid coordination, or business development activities.
  • Familiarity with proposal writing and client management tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skill, with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Attention to detail, collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Team player who is willing to adapt to changing priorities of the business.
  • Ability to independently manage deadlines and support team.
