We are seeking a talented individual who can elevate our retail footprint, forge meaningful spa partnerships, and help guests discover the full Rhug Wild Beauty experience.

Lead retail sales strategy and execution across our owned channels and partner retailers.
Identify, negotiate, and manage spa and wellness partnerships to expand Rhug Wild Beauty’s presence in premium spa, hotel, and retail environments.
Develop and implement a multi-channel growth plan (in-store, e-commerce, events) to maximize revenue, brand awareness, and guest engagement.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics; monitor KPIs and adjust plans to achieve targets.
Recruit, train, and motivate store and partner staff; ensure consistent brand standards, product knowledge, and exceptional guest service.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to launch campaigns, promotions, and seasonal programs.
Manage project timelines for spa installations, collaborations, and retail launches; coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-brand results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end spa partners, wellness professionals, and key accounts.
Represent Rhug Wild Beauty at events, product launches, and media opportunities as needed.
