JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES CONSULTANT (B2B – EUROPEAN MARKET)

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Italian Sales Consultant with solid B2B experience in the education sector in Europe to help expand our network, drive sales, and establish strong partnerships with institutions and agencies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Italian nationality or fluency in Italian (native level).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education or study abroad sector in Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of the European market, business practices, and cultural nuances.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level). Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to define, analyse, and achieve sales targets.
  • Solid computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, Excel).
  • Availability to travel for business meetings and fairs when required.
Responsibilities

This role reports to the Sales Manager and on a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Build and manage relationships with prospective and existing B2B partners (agents, institutions, and organisations) across the European market.
  • Elaborate quotations and proposals based on client requests and close new business opportunities.
  • Increase sales in your assigned market and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends in the European education sector.
  • Represent Erin School of English in a professional manner at networking events, fairs, and business meetings (online and face-to-face).
  • Ensure excellent communication and account management with partners to strengthen long-term cooperation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, and Administration teams to provide the best solutions for clients and students.
  • Handle partner inquiries and challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks related to sales.
