YOUR SKILLS, QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of five years of B2B sales experience – preferably within interior products.
  • An effective coach who understands the value of coaching sales culture

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic sales professional to support the launch of our showrooms internationally. To draw alongside all of our Showroom based staff in equipping them with the skills to effectively showcase our products and build strong first impression relationships with knowledgeable support.
A sales trainer in this field will be involved in various activities, from delivering product training to developing sales strategies and coaching teams. You might currently work for a manufacturer, distributor, or a dedicated training provider.
The role often involves improving sales performance by enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills.

  1. Training Delivery:
  • Product Training: Providing in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, advantages, and benefits. This could involve teaching about different types of lighting fixtures, hardware and interior design lingo.
  • Sales Techniques: Training sales teams on effective sales strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, closing deals, and handling objections.
  • Customer Service: Equipping sales teams with the skills to build strong relationships with clients, deliver excellent customer service, and manage accounts effectively.
  1. Training Development:
  • Needs Assessment: Identifying the specific training needs of the Showroom sales team and designing tailored programs to address those needs.
  • Curriculum Design: Developing training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and online resources, that are engaging and informative.
  • Learning Methods: Utilising various training methods, such as classroom sessions, online courses, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.
  1. Sales Performance Improvement:
  • Performance Coaching: Working with individual Showroom salespeople to identify areas for improvement and providing personalised coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with sales managers to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
