Develop, promote, and support Apogee Instruments products by:
· Providing technical sales and support to scientists, researchers, distributors, and system integrators–assessing their needs, recommending solutions, processing orders, and resolving technical issues
· Making in-person customer visits, including preparing and delivering presentations
· Representing Apogee Instruments in exhibit booths at tradeshows and industry conferences
· Helping to guide R&D efforts by recognizing changes in applications and markets and soliciting customer feedback
· Maintaining a current and proficient working knowledge of the company’s products and services
· Assisting in the development of marketing materials and sales collateral
· Working with the demand planning and production teams to ensure delivery expectations are aligned
· Performing other tasks as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Director
