Responsibilities

This is not a passive role – during your shift you must be constantly calling, texting, and closing leads. Your daily tasks include:

  • Appointment Setting – Call and close new leads from TikTok & Meta ads.
  • Deposit Collection – Secure £25 deposits via Stripe for every booking.
  • Daily Follow-Ups – Call/text all clients booked for today and tomorrow to confirm attendance and boost show-up rates.
  • CRM Management – Document every interaction, take clear notes, and tag prospects correctly in GoHighLevel.
  • Pipeline Discipline – Ensure every lead is contacted, followed up, and moved through the sales process.
  • Client Relationship – Build trust and rapport to maximize conversion into high-value treatments.
  • Non-Negotiable: You must be fully active during your shift — calling, messaging, and booking. This is a performance-driven role.
