This role is to support the Business Development Consultants and Account Executives in managing a caseload of existing employer accounts and driving new business opportunities. It will involve reactive sales from existing accounts to maximise revenue and proactive sales including networking, cold calling, email campaigns and social media marketing.

This 2 year fixed-term role is designed to provide the post holder with experience of working in a busy, varied office environment as well as giving them a chance to gain a qualification. The candidate is expected to be willing and keen to complete the qualification in time, and to gain experience in a wide variety of tasks relating to administration.
This will be a varied role promoting a wide range of apprenticeship and short courses to employers. The apprentice will initially be working with a caseload of existing employers but in time will be expected to grow and develop a pipeline of new employers themselves. You will be attending networking events, meeting existing clients and supporting the Business Development Consultants and Account Executives. Keeping accurate records using the CRM system and tracking applicants through to enrolment. This role will be a mix of office based and field work.
