THE ROLE

We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Approvals Specialist. In this role, you’ll take ownership of quoted repair opportunities, following up with customers, explaining pricing and repair options, addressing concerns, and ultimately securing purchase orders. You’ll be the key link between our technical evaluations and the customer’s approval, helping customers make informed decisions while contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
This is not a cold-calling role; our Account Managers handle bringing units in. Your focus will be on guiding customers through decisions, negotiating collaboratively, and strengthening long-term relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Follow up on open repair quotes with customers
• Clearly explain pricing, turnaround time, and value of our services
• Address customer questions and concerns, providing clear solutions
• Negotiate terms and secure approvals while fostering trust and long-term relationships
• Obtain purchase orders and ensure smooth handoff for repair processing
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction
