REPA is the European division of Parts Town Unlimited Job Description The Sales Area Manager – BU International is responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships in assigned international markets, excluding DACH, Italy, Iberia & LATAM, France, and the UK, and sustainable business growth through achievement of sales targets. The role combines strategic account management, business development, and market analysis to expand the company’s presence and strengthen partnerships in key territories. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the sales strategy for assigned international markets, in alignment with the BU’s objectives. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, distributors, and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Identify and develop new business opportunities in target regions. Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Finance, etc) to ensure alignment between sales goals and operational execution. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis of results to support strategic decisions. Represent the company at international trade fairs, business missions, and customer visits. Qualifications Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or similar field. 3–5 years’ experience in international B2B sales or business development, ideally in spare parts, components, or technical equipment distribution (experience in professional catering, refrigeration, vending, or coffee sectors is a plus). Proven experience in managing distributors, agents, or key accounts across multiple countries. Strong negotiation, communication skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships. Strategic and results-driven mindset, with a hands-on approach. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, independent, and adaptable in a dynamic international setting Fluent in English, Italian, and French; knowledge of Russian is appreciated. Other languages (e.g., Arabic, Turkish, Eastern) are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally. Collaborative and curious team player, eager to grow in a global business environment.
