In ARQUIMEA ADVANCED SYSTEMS develops safer and more reliable defense systems through technology, including unmanned aerial systems (UAVs), sensing systems, command and control software, and aiming systems. We are looking for a Sales Area Manager with the mission to sell the Defence products portfolio and capabilities within the assigned geographical area or to specific clients. Tasks to be performed: Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the assigned geographical areas or customer accounts. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned region or clients. Prepare, submit, and track sales proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients. Manage customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction. Provide support in the collection/payment process. Prepare and deliver product presentations to customers. Conduct high-level product demonstrations. Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company. Required skills, experience and candidate profile: Level – Degree: University degree (Engineering preferably) /master’s Postgraduate education in Sales, International Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level). Fluency in additional languages is highly valued. Deep knowledge of the Defense Sector is highly desirable. Experience preparing proposals for national and international public tenders is essential. Experience preparing proposals for public funding programs, such as CDTI, Horizon2020, or EDF, is highly valued. Minimum Required Experience: Over 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager (Sales Area Manager, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, etc.) in technology companies within the defense and/or aerospace industries.. The position is located in our Headquarters of Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).
