About the Role   An exciting opportunity to join our Sales team in Gold Coast is available. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, growing, and successfully managing new and existing worthy sales opportunities. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will focus on new business development, while also providing exceptional service and ongoing account management to an existing client base.   Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Oversee national contracts, tenders, and commercial agreements to ensure successful outcomes Provide strategic guidance and support across your designated territory Strengthen retention by building and maintaining exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders Identify, develop, and oversee high‑value new and existing sales opportunities Build, manage, and grow a strong customer pipeline that supports long‑term revenue success Lead customer account acquisition initiatives and contribute to wider business development strategies Drive expansion within existing accounts, optimising customer potential Monitor and manage margin reports to support strong commercial outcomes   What you need to bring Relevant and current knowledge of the meat industry Minimum 4 years’ relatable sales experience in the food service industry Demonstrated ability to close sales, negotiate deals and build strong client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service focus with the ability to resolve issues efficiently Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.
