Positions Title: Sales Assistant / Order Processor
Team: Sales Team
Employment Status: Full Time | 40Hours | Monday to Sunday | 9:00am to 5.00pm
Reports To: Sales Manager
Lancashire Farm Dairies are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation where you will be an integral part of the team; you will be supporting the sales team in a range of efforts to increase sales and promote our products and services.
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working within the industry and have a strong background in Sales and Account Management.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you are multi lingual, speaking and fluent in both Urdu and English

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· Fluent in Urdu and English
· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
· Experience in a previous Administration role
· Experience in Sales or Business Development
· Self-motivation.
· Computer literate, with advanced knowledge of all Microsoft programs including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls.
  • Processing customer orders
  • System updates and processing paperwork
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Visiting customers and prospective customers to undertake business development and account management activity.
  • Liaising with accounts to ensure payment terms are adhered to
  • Maintaining the accurate information in a number of spreadsheets and databases.

AS PART OF YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be in possession of a UK Driving Licence and be available to travel locally to support the business and customer needs.
  • Commitment to cross functional team working is essential.
