REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a Sales/Administrative support role, preferably in trading or renewable energy.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Team in day-to-day operations, documentation, and client coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Assist in following up with customers for inquiries, orders, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client communication, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including database management.
