To represent our brand and meaningfully interact with customers in our Slough team-based office, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Brand Ambassador! The ideal applicant will be able to communicate clearly and provide exceptional customer service, which will help us market our products and increase brand awareness. People that have a knack for positively marketing things and are enthusiastic about fostering relationships would be ideal for this position.

Duties

• Serve as the brand’s spokesperson by interacting with consumers and fostering a satisfying experience
• Respond to questions and problems as soon as possible to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Effectively convey to prospective clients the characteristics, advantages, and promotions of your products
• Maintain current understanding of the brand’s offers and industry developments
• Collaborate with team members to create tactics for raising brand awareness
• Onboarding customers through residential campaigns

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or a similar industry is preferred.
Strong communication abilities, including the ability to present information simply and persuasively. A strong enthusiasm for marketing and promotion. Able to work both individually and as part of a team. As this is a subcontracted role you will have the opportunity to work onfully uncapped earnings.
