Sales Assistant AMX is the largest Australian Motorcycle Accessories retailer, open 7 days a week, with 25+ store locations nationally and online. We are looking for our next Sales Assistant. This position is most suitable for a motivated and committed Casual Sales Assistant who lives and breathes motorcycles to join our AMX Springwood store. About the role: This casual role requires candidates who enjoy a fast paced environment. Flexible availability over 7 days with Weekend availability essential & penalty rates will apply on weekends. Multiple positions available. Motor Bike riding experience & passion is essential. Please include a Cover Letter outlining your Motor Bike experience/ interest. To be a successful Sales Assistant, you will: Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers Contribute to the sales and KPI’s of the store Be a team player Demonstrate enthusiasm & commitment to customer service excellence Provide superior, up-to-date information on products & services to customers Maintain shop presentation & ensure shelving is stocked Clean & maintain showroom standards Show commitment & reliability to shifts Have a passion/interest in motorcycles Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing. About you: You love to keep active at work and can prioritise effectively. You’re a motorcycle enthusiast with some existing retail work experience. You enjoy building meaningful relationships with customers and peers, and you consider yourself to be fun and enthusiastic. Availability across a 7-day roster is also an advantage.
