JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Assistant (Female) to support our private label perfume division. The role involves assisting clients with inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and providing exceptional service to strengthen client relationships and achieve sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales support, preferably in cosmetics, fragrances, or FMCG.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of perfume packaging, private label, or cosmetic industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in managing private label perfume client accounts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge including packaging, bottle, cap, pump, and labeling options.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams for customized bottle designs, packaging, and labeling.
  • Maintain updated client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support in sample preparation and sending to clients.
  • Help with preparing sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Assist in monitoring stock, production timelines, and deliveries.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings when required.
