JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our menswear retail team. As the face of our brand, you will provide exceptional service, offer expert styling advice, and help maintain the shop’s high standards in presentation and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferably in fashion or menswear)
• A passion for fashion and strong interest in menswear trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in engaging with customers and driving sales
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of tailoring or men’s formalwear is a plus
• Experience using POS systems

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times
• Assist customers with product selection, offering styling advice and product knowledge
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current stock, promotions, and trends
• Handle sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Manage stock levels, assist with deliveries, and replenish items as needed
• Address customer queries and complaints professionally
• Support with store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
