JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have the best shopping experience. You’ll be responsible for helping customers, keeping the store clean and organised, and supporting daily operations. This role includes manual handling and requires someone with energy, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit to handle manual lifting and stock movement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
• Customer-centric mindset with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Restock shelves, rotate products, and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with deliveries and manual handling of stock
• Ensure store displays are neat, tidy, and attractive
• Follow company policies and procedures
