JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Retail sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Customer service skills and a passion for retail. This role involves supporting the Store Manager and other staff members in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.

• Proficient organisational skills with attention to detail in managing store operations.
• Ability to sell effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices in retail environments.

• Provide great customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers.
• Serving customers and dealing with customs enquires.
• Processing cash and card payments.
• Assist the Store Manager and other staff members in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Work as part of a team and use your initiative to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure optimal product availability.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of presentation within the store.
• Collaborate with management on promotional activities and merchandising initiatives.
• Keeping to store clean and tidy.
