SEEKING HIGHLY DETAILED REMOTE SALES ASSISTANT

BEAUTYSTREAMS is a leading B2B trend and market insights platform in the cosmetics industry. The platform provides category forecasts, color predictions, product innovation, and consumer analyses to help product development and marketing teams stay ahead in the market.
The Role:

The Sales Assistant will be responsible:

• Provide support to two Sales Representatives of the North American market
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Research brands and key contacts
• Manage and organize client accounts
• Maintain and update databases on Salesforce and other platforms
• Provide client care services
• Research beauty industry contacts
• Help curate trends for client and seminar presentations

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Great Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Customer Service skills and experience in interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Experience in SalesForce and Mailchimp is a plus.
• Organization Skills to manage and prioritize large volumes of customers and activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the beauty industry or market insights is a plus
• Strong personal interest in fashion or beauty
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
