JOB POSTING: SALES ASSISTANT

Location: Big M Ford Lincoln Ltd.
Schedule: Monday – Friday with the occasional Saturday as necessary
Big M Ford Lincoln Ltd. is seeking a reliable and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team! If you’re passionate about vehicles, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
• Availability to work Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with the occasional Saturday as required
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

KEY SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep the vehicle lot clean, organized, and presentable
• Ensure all vehicles are fueled and ready for display or test drives
• Assist with vehicle movement and dealership organization
• Perform other duties as required

KEY MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Marketing Manager with planning and executing marketing initiatives, promotions, and events
• Take high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, staff, and dealership events for use in marketing materials
• Upload and organize vehicle media content for online listings and social media platforms
• Help maintain consistent branding across signage
• Assist in setting up displays, posters, and in-store promotional materials
