Location: Gatwick Airport
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Weekends
Salary: £12.50 per hour + performance-based bonuses
Schedule: Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

You must provide 5 years of checkable UK employment or education historyYou must pass a criminal record checkYou must hold a valid passport and have right to work in the UKWorking Hours
Our store operates between 03:30 and 20:30.
Shifts will be scheduled within these hours on a rota basis, including weekends and holidays.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll do more than just sell products — you’ll bring our brand story to life. From sharing product benefits to educating customers about clean beauty, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiencesand driving strong retail performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised skincare recommendations
  • Be a passionate storyteller – educate and inspire customers about our products and values
  • Proactively drive sales, achieve targets, and increase average order value
  • Upsell and cross-sell across our product range with confidence and care
  • Accurately handle payments and operate the till (opening and closing included)
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting retail environment
  • Support team members to create a seamless store experience
