Description • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Leaders. •Solicit new prospective clients and target new prospects. • Outbound sales solicitation via phone, email and marketing strategies. • Schedule appointment presentations of our products and services to new and existing clients. • Manage incoming loan submissions, review for completeness, and ensure accurate data entry into loan origination systems. • Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering questions and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members. • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials for prospective and existing clients. • Track pipeline activity and coordinate with operations to ensure loans are progressing through underwriting and closing in a timely manner. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company loan products, eligibility requirements, and pricing tools. • Collaborate with underwriting, disclosures, and funding teams to resolve documentation or status issues. • Support the onboarding process for new brokers and correspondents, including gathering necessary documents and setting up access to systems. • Monitor and update CRM and sales tracking tools with accurate client and loan-level information. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, sales, mortgage, or financial services role preferred. • Knowledge of Non-QM lending products is a plus but not required. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). • Self-motivated team player with a strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
