We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while effectively promoting our products.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not essential.
  • A friendly demeanour with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.

  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls and inquiries.
